Antigen presentation modulation" does **not** refer to a single molecule, protein, or receptor. Drugs described as "antigen modulators," such as GRWD5769 from Grey Wolf Therapeutics, aim to alter intracellular processing so that different peptides are presented on MHC molecules at the cell surface. This can make tumor cells more visible—or less visible—to T lymphocytes depending on therapeutic intent[3]. However, there is no single canonical protein called "antigen presentation modulation"; rather, this term encompasses multiple molecular targets involved in antigen processing and loading onto MHC complexes. Because “antigen presentation modulation” does **not** correspond to an individual gene product or receptor but rather describes a broad biological mechanism/process involving many proteins (such as MHC class I/II molecules and their regulators), it should **not** be treated as a canonical drug target entry.
