ARF like GTPase 6 interacting protein 6 (ARL6IP6) is a human gene encoding a protein predicted to interact with ADP-ribosylation factor-like GTPase 6 (ARL6), a member of the ARF family of GTP-binding proteins involved in membrane trafficking. ARL6IP6 itself is predicted to be located at the nuclear inner membrane, but its precise biological functions remain poorly characterized in the literature.
