Target intelligence / Profile preview
ARRDC3 antisense RNA 1 (ARRDC3-AS1) is a human long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) transcribed antisense to the protein-coding gene ARRDC3 on chromosome 5q14.3. As an antisense RNA, ARRDC3-AS1 is predicted to be a regulatory RNA, possibly influencing the expression or function of the sense gene ARRDC3, but its specific biological functions and disease roles have not been conclusively demonstrated in the literature to date. There are no reported direct interactions with drugs, and it is not regarded as a classical therapeutic target such as a receptor, enzyme, or transporter. Current research focuses primarily on its genomic context and potential regulatory effects, but detailed mechanistic, functional, or clinical studies remain to be published.
