ABCB10P4 is a pseudogene derived from the ATP-binding cassette sub-family B member 10 (ABCB10) gene. As a pseudogene, it does not encode a functional protein and is generally considered non-coding. ABCB10P4 is one of several processed pseudogenes related to ABCB10, which resides on a different chromosome than its parental gene and arose through retrotransposition and subsequent duplication events[7].
