Pseudogenes like ATP6V1FP1 generally have no direct coding function, although some pseudogenes can act as regulatory RNAs or compete for microRNAs in rare cases[2][3]. ATP6V1FP1 is not considered a therapeutic target, has no known disease role or pharmacological relevance, and is not a receptor, enzyme, transporter, or classic drug target[2].
