Overview

B cell lymphoma 6 protein (BCL6) is a transcriptional repressor essential for germinal center formation and adaptive immunity. It regulates B cell development and function, as well as T follicular helper cells and other immune cell subsets. Dysregulation of BCL6 is implicated in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma, making it a target for therapeutic intervention.
