The B lymphocyte stimulator receptor refers to a group of cell surface receptors (BAFF-R, TACI, BCMA) that bind the cytokine known as B lymphocyte stimulator (BLyS), also called BAFF. These receptors are critical regulators of humoral immunity, controlling the survival, differentiation, and homeostasis of B cells.
