Behavioral change is not a well-defined molecular target, receptor, or protein. While many molecules (such as receptors, ion channels, kinases, and hormones) regulate behavior, behavioral change itself is the emergent result of diverse biological processes rather than a distinct, druggable target[2][6][7][9].
