01

Overview

A bispecific killer cell engager (BiKE) is an engineered antibody-based immunotherapeutic designed to simultaneously bind two different target proteins: one on natural killer (NK) cells (e.g., CD16, NKG2D, NKp46) and another on tumor or diseased cells. This dual binding brings NK cells into close proximity with their targets, facilitating immune-mediated destruction of the target cell. BiKEs are primarily being developed for cancer immunotherapy, including hematological malignancies and solid tumors.
