Bone tissue with altered osteogenesis refers to bone in which the normal process of bone formation (osteogenesis) is disrupted or abnormal. Alterations can result from genetic mutations, changes in extracellular matrix composition, mechanical factors, or disruptions in cellular signaling pathways, leading to conditions like osteogenesis imperfecta and osteoporosis.
