Target intelligence / Profile preview
BORCS7-ASMT readthrough is a naturally occurring long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) transcript that spans the neighboring genes BORCS7 (C10orf32) and AS3MT on chromosome 10. It is considered a candidate for nonsense-mediated mRNA decay and is not believed to encode a protein. As such, it does not function as a protein, enzyme, transporter, or therapeutic target, and currently there is no evidence linking it to biological functions, disease involvement, drug interactions, or biomarker utility.
