C-C Chemokine Receptor Type 8 (CCR8)

Target
CCR8
Molecular classification
G protein-coupled receptor, Chemokine receptor, GPCR – Beta chemokine receptors
01

Overview

C-C chemokine receptor type 8 (CCR8) is a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) that plays a key role in directing migration of immune cells into inflammatory sites and regulating immune responses, particularly by recruiting regulatory T cells (Tregs) into tumors. It is an attractive target for immuno-oncology therapies aimed at depleting intratumoral Tregs to enhance anti-tumor immunity.
