C-type Lectin-Like Molecule-1 (CLL1)

Target
CLL1
Molecular classification
Receptor, C-type lectin-like receptor, Type II transmembrane glycoprotein
01

Overview

C-type lectin-like molecule-1 (CLL1) is a cell surface receptor primarily expressed on myeloid lineage cells, particularly AML blasts and leukemic stem cells. It functions as an inhibitory immune receptor and is being explored as a therapeutic target in AML due to its limited expression on normal hematopoietic stem cells. CLL1 mediates negative regulation by recruiting phosphatases such as SHP-1/SHP-2 and may participate in activating pathways via PI3K binding.
