Target intelligence / Profile preview
C-X-C chemokine receptor type 3A (CXCR3A) is a G protein-coupled receptor primarily involved in immune cell trafficking. It binds to CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11, mediating the migration of activated T cells and other leukocytes to sites of inflammation or tissue injury. It plays a role in type 1 immune responses, autoimmune pathology, and cancer.
