C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 9 (CXCL9)

Target
CXCL9
Molecular classification
Cytokine, Chemokine, CXC chemokine family, Secreted protein
01

Overview

CXCL9 is a chemokine that acts as a chemoattractant primarily for activated T lymphocytes. It is strongly induced by interferon-gamma and plays a significant role in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes, including anti-tumor immunity. It binds to the CXCR3 receptor to mediate its effects.
