Calponin 2 pseudogene 2 (CNN2P2) is a predicted or annotated pseudogene related to the calponin 2 (CNN2) gene. It is not believed to be protein-coding and does not have known biological function, clinical relevance, or pharmacological activity. Several pseudogenes for CNN2 have been identified on different chromosomes in humans, but they are not recognized as therapeutic targets[7].
