Cancer hallmarks in lung long noncoding RNA 1 (CHiLL1) is a long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) identified as an oncogenic factor in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)[1][2][3]. CHiLL1 is among a small set of lncRNAs whose knockdown suppresses multiple cancer hallmarks—namely proliferation, chemoresistance, and migration—in both 2D and 3D tumor models. Its overexpression is associated with poor clinical prognosis.
