Target intelligence / Profile preview
CD200 activation receptors are a family of activating receptors related to the CD200R family. They are type I transmembrane glycoproteins with Ig-like domains. Unlike the inhibitory CD200R, these receptors do not bind native CD200 effectively but may respond to viral mimics or engineered ligands. Engagement of CD200 activation receptors leads to immune cell activation. These are investigated as potential therapeutic targets in cancer and other immune-related conditions.
Agonist of CD200 activation receptor; promotes immune cell activation.
