Target intelligence / Profile preview
CD30 antigen (TNFRSF8) is a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. It is expressed on activated lymphocytes and is highly expressed in certain lymphomas, including Hodgkin's lymphoma and anaplastic large cell lymphoma. CD30 plays a role in signal transduction, apoptosis regulation, and immune regulation. It is a therapeutic target for antibody-drug conjugates like brentuximab vedotin.
