CENPP pseudogene 1 (CENPPP1)

CENPP pseudogene 1 (CENPPP1) is classified as a pseudogene related to the centromere protein P (CENPP). Pseudogenes are genomic DNA sequences similar to known genes but are generally nonfunctional because of mutations or lack of regulatory elements for expression.
