Chaperonin containing TCP1, subunit 6 (zeta) pseudogene 4 (CCT6P4) is annotated as a pseudogene, meaning it is a segment of DNA that resembles a gene but is generally non-functional and not translated into a functional protein. It is related in sequence to the gene encoding CCT6 subunits, which are part of the chaperonin containing TCP1 (also called TRiC/CCT complex), a molecular chaperone involved in protein folding. Summary: CCT6P4 is a pseudogene, not an active biological target. No structured therapeutic targeting information, biological functions, or disease roles are currently attributed to it, and it is not a receptor, enzyme, or other canonical target class[12][1][7].
