Chromosome 14 open reading frame 119 (C14orf119) is a protein of 140 amino acids encoded by the C14orf119 gene in humans[1][4]. Its primary sequence contains a domain of unknown function (DUF4508) found in eukaryotes[1]. The protein is predicted to localize mainly to the nucleus and possibly the mitochondrion and cytosol[1][5]. Post-translational modifications include various phosphorylation, glycosylation, SUMOylation, and ubiquitination sites[1].
