Overview
CD276, also known as B7-H3, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily and the B7 immunoregulatory family. It functions primarily as an immune checkpoint inhibitor, suppressing T cell activation and proliferation. Its overexpression in many cancers, coupled with limited expression in normal tissues, makes it an attractive target for cancer immunotherapy.
