CCDC150 is upregulated in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), where high expression correlates with metastasis and poor patient survival[2]. Knockdown of CCDC150 in cancer cell lines reduces invasion and tumor growth, underscoring its oncogenic potential and appeal as a therapeutic target[2].
