Target intelligence / Profile preview
Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 160 (CCDC160) is a human protein that belongs to the coiled-coil domain-containing protein family and is encoded by the CCDC160 gene[2][3][4]. The protein comprises approximately 325–323 amino acids and is predicted based on sequence analysis to possess a coiled-coil structural motif, but there is currently a lack of published information regarding its biological function, involvement in cellular pathways, or disease associations[2][3][4]. Available reagent information confirms protein expression and antigen sequence in mouse and human systems, but functional studies, therapeutic targeting, or pharmacological relevance have not been reported for CCDC160[2][3][4].
