Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 42A (CCDC42A)

Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 42A (CCDC42A) is a protein characterized by the presence of coiled-coil domains, structural motifs that mediate protein-protein interactions, and is highly conserved across eukaryotes[3][1]. In mammals, including humans and mice, CCDC42A is a 316 amino acid protein of approximately 38 kDa[3].
