Target intelligence / Profile preview
Colony stimulating factor 2 receptor subunit beta (CSF2RB) is a shared signaling component for receptors of GM-CSF, IL-3, and IL-5. Upon ligand binding, CSF2RB mediates signal transduction via JAK/STAT, MAPK/ERK, and PI3K/Akt pathways, regulating proliferation, differentiation, and survival in hematopoietic cells. Dysregulation or mutation of CSF2RB can lead to immune-related disorders.
