Contactin-associated protein family member 3B (CNTNAP3B) is a protein encoded by the CNTNAP3B gene, located on chromosome 9. It is predicted to be involved in cell adhesion and is a member of the contactin-associated protein (CASPR) family, which is important for neural and synaptic organization. While CNTNAP3B is structurally related to other CASPR proteins and potentially involved in nervous system development and function, specific biological roles remain poorly characterized.
