Target intelligence / Profile preview
COTL1 antisense RNA 1 (COTL1-AS1) is a noncoding RNA transcribed from the locus antisense to the coactosin-like protein 1 (COTL1) gene. As of current research, there is little to no functional characterization of COTL1-AS1 in the scientific literature. The majority of experimental work and disease associations pertain to the protein COTL1, not the antisense RNA, and public databases do not recognize COTL1-AS1 as a canonical therapeutic target[1][2][3]. The inclusion of COTL1-AS1 as a druggable target or biomarker is not established in clinical or experimental frameworks.
