Target intelligence / Profile preview
CSPG4 pseudogene 3 Y-linked (CSPG4P3Y) is a Y chromosome-linked pseudogene related to chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan 4 (CSPG4). Unlike the CSPG4 protein-coding gene, which is involved in cell signaling and cancer biology, CSPG4P3Y is a non-coding genomic sequence without evidence of protein expression or therapeutic relevance[1][4][5]. It is one of several CSPG4-related pseudogenes present in the human genome, and does not contribute to molecular pathways, biological functions, or disease roles.
