Mechanism of action

Acts as an adaptor to bring E3 ubiquitin ligase complex (CRL4) and specific substrates (e.g., ZEB1, RBM39) together, leading to substrate polyubiquitination and proteasomal degradation. Some small molecules can act as "molecular glues" to redirect DCAF15 to new substrates.
