DDN and PRKAG1 antisense RNA 1 (DDN-AS1) is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) transcribed in antisense orientation relative to the DDN and PRKAG1 genes. It is categorized as an antisense RNA and has been identified as overexpressed in certain cancers, including cervical cancer, where its expression is associated with a poor prognosis[5][6].
