Deleted in lymphocytic leukemia 1 (DLEU1) is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) gene, meaning it is transcribed into RNA that does not encode a protein. DLEU1 is located at chromosome 13q14, a region frequently deleted in chronic lymphocytic leukemia and some other hematologic and solid malignancies.
