Target intelligence / Profile preview
DENND2B antisense RNA 1 (DENND2B-AS1) is a long non-coding RNA gene transcribed from the antisense strand relative to the DENND2B coding gene. DENND2B-AS1 belongs to the lncRNA class, which is involved in transcriptional or post-transcriptional regulation of genes, but its biological function, roles in disease, and mechanisms are currently unknown. It is not a protein, does not encode a receptor or enzyme, and is not considered a therapeutic target[7][3].
None reported; not known to be targeted by drugs
