Target intelligence / Profile preview
Dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) are a type of adult stem cell found within the dental pulp of teeth. They are mesenchymal stem cells with high self-renewal, rapid proliferation, and multi-lineage differentiation potential, capable of differentiating into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, adipocytes, neural cells, and other cell types. They are being explored for therapeutic applications in tissue engineering, bone repair, neuroregeneration, and immunomodulation.
