Target intelligence / Profile preview
DLGAP1 antisense RNA 6 (DLGAP1-AS6) is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) gene annotated in the human genome, also known as RP11-874J12.4. It does not encode a protein, and its function is currently uncharacterized in the published biomedical literature. Unlike other DLGAP1 antisense lncRNAs such as DLGAP1-AS1 and DLGAP1-AS2, which have established roles in tumor progression and may have therapeutic or prognostic relevance, no experimental studies have linked DLGAP1-AS6 to specific biological processes, disease mechanisms, or utility as a clinical biomarker or drug target[3][1][2].
