DNA and RNA synthesis are not single molecules or receptors but refer to fundamental cellular processes by which genetic information is copied and expressed. DNA synthesis is the process by which new DNA strands are created from existing templates during cell division, primarily catalyzed by DNA polymerases. RNA synthesis, also known as transcription, involves copying a gene’s sequence from DNA into messenger RNA (mRNA) using RNA polymerases[1][2][3][4].
