Target intelligence / Profile preview
DPPA3 pseudogene 6 (DPPA3P6) is a pseudogene sequence, a non-protein-coding remnant related to the DPPA3 gene. Unlike DPPA3, which is implicated in chromatin remodeling and epigenetic regulation in early embryonic stem cells, DPPA3P6 is not an active protein-coding gene and is not considered a therapeutic target. Pseudogenes can sometimes have regulatory RNA functions, but there are no reports directly associating DPPA3P6 with biological or disease roles.
None known.
