Target intelligence / Profile preview
DTNBP1 antisense RNA 1 is a long non-coding RNA transcribed from the opposite strand of the DTNBP1 gene locus. Its gene symbol is DTNBP1-AS1. As a member of the antisense RNA family, it is presumed to participate in the regulation of DTNBP1 and possibly other nearby genes through transcriptional or post-transcriptional mechanisms; however, there is currently no data demonstrating a precise molecular function, involvement in biological pathways, or clinical significance. DTNBP1-AS1 is cataloged in major gene databases (NCBI Gene accession: 124901267), but remains largely uncharacterized in experimental and therapeutic studies.
