Target intelligence / Profile preview
EFCAB13 divergent transcript (EFCAB13-DT) is a long non-coding RNA annotated in genomic databases, described as a thyroid cancer-associated transcript on the basis of transcriptomic profiling. It does not encode a functional protein and is not considered a canonical therapeutic target. The molecular function and biological role are unclear, and there are no established drug interactions or mechanisms of action. Although it may be transcriptionally upregulated in certain thyroid cancers, there is currently no evidence supporting use as a biomarker or drug target, and very little has been published regarding its direct involvement in cancer biology or therapeutic modulation.
