Target intelligence / Profile preview
Elongin C pseudogene 10 (ELOCP10), also known as TCEB1P10, is classified as a pseudogene in the human genome. It does not encode a functional protein and is considered a non-coding genetic element related to the Elongin C (ELOC) gene, which is a functional component of the transcription factor B (SIII) complex. Unlike its ancestral functional gene ELOC, ELOCP10 does not participate in transcription regulation or known biological pathways, and there is no evidence supporting a role in disease or drug interactions[2][4].
