Elongin C pseudogene 13 (ELOCP13) is a non-protein-coding gene annotated in the human genome, derived from duplication or retrotransposition of the functional elongin C gene (ELOC). Unlike its counterpart ELOC, ELOCP13 does not produce a functional protein and is classified as a pseudogene.
