Target intelligence / Profile preview
GPR160 pseudogene 1 (GPR160P1) is a non-coding, nonfunctional genomic sequence derived from the G protein-coupled receptor 160 (GPR160) gene family. Unlike the functional GPR160, which is an orphan GPCR implicated in cancer biology, neuropathic pain, and cell signaling, GPR160P1 does not encode an active receptor, has no known protein product, and is not considered a pharmacological or biological target[11].
