Overview
GPR18 is a class A GPCR associated with the endocannabinoid system and immune function. It is highly expressed in immune cells and involved in various physiological processes, including immune regulation, pressure regulation, and pain modulation. Endogenous ligands include N-arachidonoylglycine (NAGly) and Resolvin D2 (RvD2). GPR18 has been implicated in several diseases, including immune disorders and cancer.
