Overview

Gamma-glutamyltransferase 7 (GGT7) is a member of the gamma-glutamyltransferase enzyme family, involved in glutathione metabolism and the transpeptidation of amino acids[1][2][3][4]. The enzyme consists of heavy and light chains and interacts with proteins such as CT120, which has roles in lung carcinogenesis[1][2]. Mechanism of action
