Gastric cancer associated transcript 1 (GACAT1) is a long non-coding RNA, also known as LINC00876, AC096655.1-002, and long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 876. It is abnormally expressed in gastric cancer tissues and regulates proliferation, migration, invasion, and resistance to chemotherapeutic agents such as doxorubicin and vincristine.
