The glucagon-like peptide 2 receptor (GLP-2R) is a G protein-coupled receptor that binds glucagon-like peptide 2 (GLP-2). Activation of GLP-2R stimulates intestinal growth and repair, enhances gut barrier function, modulates gastrointestinal motility and secretion, and affects bone metabolism.
