GARP (Glycoprotein A Repetitions Predominant), also known as LRRC32, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that acts as a cell surface docking receptor for latent TGF-beta. It is highly expressed on activated FOXP3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) and platelets and plays a crucial role in immune regulation and TGF-beta signaling. Targeting GARP has therapeutic potential for modulating Treg activity in autoimmune diseases and cancer immunotherapy.
