Golgin subfamily A member 6-like protein 2 (GOLGA6L2) is a protein-coding gene and member of the golgin family of Golgi structural proteins, predicted to be located in the cis-Golgi network. It is most notable as a cancer/testis antigen (CT antigen), a group of genes usually silent in normal adult tissues except the testis but often aberrantly expressed in various cancers. While its precise molecular function is not well characterized, GOLGA6L2 likely contributes to the structure or organization of the Golgi apparatus.
