Gonadotropin receptors are a family of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) that bind gonadotropins such as follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and chorionic gonadotropin (CG). Key members include FSHR, LHCGR, and GnRHR. These receptors regulate reproductive physiology, including ovarian steroidogenesis, ovulation, and spermatogenesis.
